Noetic completes second painting of Swan

Noetic ‘s swan is back!  We are pleased to announce the return of the newly painted swan.  This repainting followed an act of vandalism in May of 2007 after being on display for only a few short weeks.  Additional security measures have been put in place and extra patrols will occur in an effort to prevent further incidents.
